What we collect
When you shop, sign up, or leave a review with us, we collect the information you give us directly:
- Your name, email, and shipping address, when you place an order (collected and processed by Stripe, our payment processor)
- Your email address, if you sign up for updates or a discount code
- Your name, rating, review text, and any photos you choose to upload, if you leave a review
We also automatically collect some technical information when you visit the site, described below under Cookies & Tracking.
How we use it
- To process and ship your order
- To respond to questions or requests you send us
- To send you updates or offers, only if you've signed up to receive them
- To display approved customer reviews on the site
- To understand which marketing channels are bringing customers to the site, and to show relevant ads
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Cookies & tracking
The site uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies:
- Necessary cookies — used to run the site itself, like remembering you've already seen a popup during your visit. These don't require your consent.
- Attribution cookie — remembers which link or channel first brought you to the site (for example, an ad or a social media post), so we can understand what's working. Stored for up to 90 days.
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel — helps us understand site activity and show relevant ads on Meta's platforms. Some purchase information is also shared with Meta directly from our server in a privacy-preserving way (your email is one-way hashed, never sent in plain text).
You'll see a cookie banner on your first visit where you can accept or decline non-essential cookies (attribution and Meta Pixel). Necessary cookies always apply, since the site can't function properly without them.
Who we share information with
- Stripe — processes payments and stores your order and payment details securely. We never see or store your full card number.
- Cloudflare — hosts the website and stores review photos and submitted email addresses.
- Meta — receives limited, privacy-preserving purchase and browsing data if you accept non-essential cookies, used for advertising.
Your choices
- You can decline non-essential cookies at any time from the cookie banner.
- You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any email we send.
- You can ask us to delete your personal information by emailing us — see below.
